Biography

Shubham Lal is a seasoned technology professional whose work sits at the crossroads of software engineering, data science, AI, and education. Over the last several years, he has contributed to impactful products at Microsoft while simultaneously building and scaling AILinc, an Ed-Tech initiative focused on transforming student careers through industry-relevant training.

At Microsoft, Shubham has worked on high-impact internal and external solutions — from large-scale backend systems handling thousands of requests per second to React Native–based employee experience applications. His work spans full-stack development, cloud-based systems, automation, and AI-driven features, always with a focus on reliability, performance, and user experience.

As the Founder of AILinc, he has collaborated with more than 80 Ed-Tech companies, contributing to curriculum design, content strategy, and learner success. He has delivered 800+ talks, workshops, and sessions (including TEDx and major college/industry events), mentoring and training 50,000+ learners across Data Science, Full Stack Development, AI, and soft skills.

Shubham is deeply passionate about education and accessibility. His approach blends real-world engineering expertise with structured, practical teaching—ensuring learners not only understand concepts but also apply them effectively in interviews, projects, and on-the-job scenarios.

With an MBA from Liverpool John Moores University and a Master’s in Data Science from IIIT Bangalore, he brings together business understanding and strong technical depth, making his guidance highly relevant for students aiming to build future-proof careers .
